Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for eligible returns received within 30 days of delivery, in original unworn condition with tags attached.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
